Join our fast-moving team and build a career in warehousing. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy site in Stockport. We have permanent opportunities available on both day shifts and night shifts, giving you the option to choose what works best for you. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, being part of a team and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the role for you. We are currently recruiting for 10-hour shifts across a 4 in 7 pattern (includes weekends).

Key Accountabilities

  • Safety First: Always prioritise safety, proactively report hazards, and collaborate with warehouse team leaders and managers to achieve Zero Harm.
  • Adapting: Your day may consist of accurately assembling and loading products onto the right vehicles, picking products for orders, product control or decanting. Be open to learn and develop new skills.
  • Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Ensuring fresh, high-quality products reach our customers.
  • Keeping Things Moving: Identifying and resolving issues like stock shortages or product damage.
  • Teamwork & Safety: Working together to meet performance targets set by the warehouse management system while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Equipment Use: Operating forklifts and other MHE safely (training available if needed).

The Right Person

  • We’re more interested in attitude and reliability than experience.
  • A positive, can-do approach and team mindset.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting involved).
  • Reliable with good timekeeping.
  • Warehouse or FLT experience is helpful, but not essential.
