We are looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Front Line Manager who is passionate about people, performance and continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities
- Champion a Safety First culture, leading by example and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional performance across cost, service, quality and resource targets.
- Drive high product quality standards using the systems, processes and people around you.
- Help optimise the production plan, ensuring our plants operate at maximum efficiency and are cost effective.
- Identify and support development needs through active coaching, learning logs and growth conversations.
- Encourage teams to challenge the status quo, identifying improvements that enhance manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth end-to-end operations and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our bakery infrastructure.
The Right Person
Essential
- At least 3 years experience within a FMCG environment.
- Proven experience leading and managing people.
- A track record of driving performance through others.
- A passion for developing talent and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
