You won't just manage the day-to-day.... you'll cultivate a culture where critical thinking, innovation and constructive challenge are part of who we are.Key AccountabilitiesChampion a Safety First culture, leading by example and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional performance across cost, service, quality and resource targets.Drive high product quality standards using the systems, processes and people around you.Help optimise the production plan, ensuring our plants operate at maximum efficiency and is cost effective.Identify and support development needs through active coaching, learning logs and growth conversations.Encourage teams to challenge the status quo, identifying improvements that enhance manufacturing processes.Collaborate cross-functionality to ensure smooth end to end operations and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our bakery infrastructure.The Right PersonEssentialAt least 3 years experience within a FMCG environment.Proven leadership and management experience.A track record of driving performance through others.A passion for developing talent and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.Advantageous A degree ( or equivalent) in a manufacturing related discipline.What’s in It for You?
