Allied Bakeries is seeking a Driver Coach to support and develop our driving team in Greater London.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will coach, train and monitor drivers to improve performance, safety, and compliance with legal and company standards.

You will accompany drivers on routes for assessments, deliver engaging coaching sessions, identify training needs and maintain detailed coaching records, contributing to a safe and efficient transport operation.
