Our success is built on our people, and we’re now looking for a motivated and inspiring Despatch Front Line Manager to join our Logistics team and play a key role in leading safe, efficient and high-performing despatch operations.
About You
We’re looking for a confident and engaging people leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll have experience leading teams within warehousing, logistics or FMCG operations and be passionate about driving performance, developing people and delivering excellent service. You’ll be someone who:

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage Despatch Operatives and Despatch Coordinators across shift operations
- Set clear goals, expectations and performance standards to achieve operational KPI’s
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and legal compliance
- Ensure efficient labour utilisation using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and productivity enhancements
- Resolve service issues promptly and elevate where appropriate
- Prepare and present key operational information during reviews and meetings
- Build effective cross-functional relationships to support overall site performance
- Support a positive and high-performing team culture

Requirements
- Previous experience within a warehouse or despatch operation
- Supervisory or management experience within FMCG, logistics or manufacturing environments desirable
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capability
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with enthusiasm, resilience and a proactive mindset
