We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to work within our Customer Services team.
Our Advisors are responsible for the day to day running of all transactional activities within Customer Service and Order Processing across multiple business units.
The Customer Services department is open 364 days of the year and is a 7-day operation. You will work 5 days out of 7, covering weekends and bank holidays on a rotation.

- Analyse data, identify issues and take appropriate action to ensure the fulfilment of customer orders.
