Hovis Bakeries in Newcastle Under Lyme is seeking a Hygiene Coordinator to plan, direct and control hygiene activities. You will oversee safety, COSHH compliance, contractor management and training delivery, playing a key role in plant shutdowns and continuous hygiene improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, be PC literate and able to lead others with initiative. An intermediate Food Hygiene qualification is desirable, with FMCG experience beneficial.
