We deliver Shared Service activities across a wide range of disciplines including Customer Services, Consumer Care, Finance, Payroll, HR and IS.

Shift pattern
- 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am (Average 42 hours per week)

Key Accountabilities
- Leading and motivating your shift team to hit daily targets
- Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting a strong safety culture
- Supporting the Front Line Manager and stepping up when needed
- Managing day-to-day shift operations and resolving issues quickly
- Building strong relationships across Despatch, VMU, and other teams
- Carrying out safety and performance audits
- Ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance
- Communicating clearly and positively with drivers and colleagues
- Using knowledge of EU driver regulations and fleet compliance to support smooth operations
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a Coordinator/ Supervisor/ Managerial position
- Experience in a fast-paced environment – ideally in transport or logistics
- A confident communicator who can lead, motivate, and engage others
- Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with multitasking and prioritising on the go
- Strong IT Skills – SAP Experience Is a Bonus
- Flexible and reliable – ready to support the team when needed
