Responsibilities
- The main function of this role is to deliver bakery products to our customers.
- In-store merchandising, ordering and minimising waste.
- Work across a rotating shift pattern over a 7 day week with start times to be confirmed; flexibility required.
- Physical role requiring the ability to perform tasks.
- Daily vehicle checks and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Ensure products are delivered on time and in full within the agreed time windows.
- Daily collection of all baskets and proper handling of returns according to policy.
The Right Person
- Experienced Professional Driver Category 2 (Category C).
- Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
- Ability to effectively communicate with and influence others.
- Flexible and cooperative to meet business needs.
- Experience of delivering to, or working in a sales environment.
- Digital driver card is desirable.
- Merchandising experience desirable.
- Experienced Professional Driver Category 1 (Category C + E) desirable.
