We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at our bakery based in Belfast. Key Accountabilities
- Be part of the “Safety First” culture, ensuring safe working practices are role modelled.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory responsibilities for health surveillance.
- Carry out pre-employment health screening for new joiners to ensure fitness for work within the scope of relevant legislation and framework for best practice.
- Work closely with HR and line managers in relation to absence and ill-health case management and capability matters.
- Leading Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives.
- Helping implement our Wellbeing Plan with engaging health education activities, including Know Your Numbers checks.
The Right Person
- A valid NMC RGN registration.
- Preferably an Occupational Health diploma/degree.
- Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
