Salary: £32,262 – £44,023 per annum
As a skilled operative working across production operations, you will be responsible for producing quality products in line with the Company\\\’s standards and procedures, from raw ingredients through to packaging in the manufacturing process, whilst maintaining a safe, clean and fully operational environment. We have roles working rotational shifts 2 weeks of days and 1 week of nights and roles working night shift 4 nights per week.
Responsibilities
- Produce quality products in line with the Company\\\’s standards and procedures, from raw ingredients through to packaging in the manufacturing process, while maintaining a safe, clean and fully operational environment.
- Able to operate plant equipment or processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Lead or support teams as required (experience of working in a leadership role i.e., as a Team Leader) and demonstrate organisational skills.
- Able to achieve Basic Food Hygiene, Pest Awareness and HACCP qualifications where applicable.
- Adhere to manufacturing site standards and be flexible to labour mobility and interchangeable skills required for the role.

- Demonstrate a good level of Health and Food Safety awareness.
- Proficiency in English and numerical skills.
- Rotational shift work including nights and weekends.
Advantageous
- Understanding of baking process.
