Role overview

As an Integration Developer within our Grocery Service Centre, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of interface solutions that support our application landscape. The integration developer\\\’s role is multifaceted and is part of the central IS function, requiring direct engagement across all Grocery Group and support BU\\\’s both internal and external to the IS function.

Key responsibilities

  • Design integration solutions and address potential issues.
  • Build and maintain integrations using various languages and APIs.
  • Support software architecture and technical design.
  • Develop and manage APIs for system communication.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues (data, performance, connectivity).
  • Map and transform data for accurate exchange.
  • Apply security best practices to protect data.
  • Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and architecture.
  • Engage in Agile processes (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).

  • API or interface / Integration Development or equivalent experience.
  • SQL query writing.
