We have an exciting opportunity for an Ingredient Operative at our Bakery. Key Accountabilities

• Supply minor ingredients and flour to manufacturing plants timely, ensuring hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
• Maintain a minimum of one-hour supply of minor ingredients and flour to all plants.
• Ensure all flours, including bagged flours, are available and stored correctly.
• Change yeast tanks as required.
• Carry out tin changes on manufacturing plant as directed by management.
• Remove waste dough from the manufacturing area.
• Perform quality checks within the stores area as per site quality system.
• Keep the ingredient preparation area clean and organized.
• Ensure all ingredient containers are properly lidded and sieved ingredients are prepared before use.
• Wear all protective clothing and equipment at all times.
• Regularly wash ingredient bowls and lids.
• Dispense liquid ingredients and soya flour as required.
