The predicted salary is between 26700 - 35600 £ per year.

Location: Belfast

Annual Salary: £31,803 per annum

As a multi skilled operative working across production operations, you will be responsible for producing quality products in line with the Company's standards and procedures, from raw ingredients through to packaging in the manufacturing process, whilst maintaining a safe, clean and fully operational environment. You may be required to carry out a leadership role within your team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Able to operate plant, equipment or processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of working in a leadership role i.e., as a Team Leader and displaying organisational skills.
  • An ability to achieve Basic Food Hygiene, Pest Awareness and HACCP qualifications.
  • Demonstrate your responsibilities in adhering to manufacturing site standards.

  • Demonstrate a good level of Health and Food Safety awareness.
  • A standard level of proficiency in English & Numerical skills.
  • Able to operate plant, equipment or processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • This is a day shift role but a willingness to work weekends is essential.
  • Advantageous
  • Understanding of baking process.
  • A current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • An understanding and application of key elements of Good Manufacturing Practice.
