Allied and Clinical is hiring Female Care Workers in Weymouth, Dorset. We are looking for compassionate and reliable Female Care Workers with a valid UK driving licence to join a supportive care team.

The role involves visiting clients in their own homes to provide personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and general day-to-day assistance. Staff will begin their shift at the office, collect a company pool car, and travel to clients on their allocated run.

Full induction, training, uniforms, and use of a company car will be provided to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared for the role. Shift patterns include days, evenings, and weekends. Shift times: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 4:00pm to 10:00pm.

Full-time and part-time hours are available for the right candidates, with potential temp-to-perm opportunities. Please note: sponsorship is not available for this role.
