Temporary Service Leader – Huddersfield | Immediate Start
We are currently looking for an experienced Temporary Service Leader to join a service in Huddersfield, with an immediate start available.
We are seeking someone with significant senior-level experience, ideally with a background in:
- Managing large care homes or a portfolio of services
- Leading large teams and complex services
- Turnaround experience, particularly supporting a service to move out of performance measures
- Strong operational and people-management skills
The service consists of 50 flats, with a Level 1 Service Leader in place to support the successful candidate and manage the team day to day.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Working pattern: 9am–5pm over 4 days can also be considered
- Saturday: 1 Saturday per month preferred but not essential
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Huddersfield
This is a senior role and would suit an experienced Service Leader/Registered Manager looking for a temporary opportunity with a strong focus on leadership and service improvement.
