We are currently recruiting for a GDC registered Dental Nurse to join a modern and forward thinking dental practice on a full time or part time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about patient care and interested in contributing to the growth and success of a progressive practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of dental treatments
- Prepare and sterilise instruments in line with infection control standards
- Maintain high levels of cross infection control and compliance
- Support the smooth day to day running of the surgery
- Ensure accurate and timely record keeping
- Deliver a calm and reassuring experience for patients
- Support patient engagement including membership plans and retention initiatives
- Assist in improving patient satisfaction and reducing missed appointments
Requirements
- GDC registered Dental Nurse is essential
- Minimum of 2 years dental nursing experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident discussing treatment options and patient plans
- Interest in growth marketing or business development is desirable
