Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Technical Manager based in Taff's Well, near Cardiff. The Technical Manager will oversee technical operations, provide advanced technical support, manage a team of professionals, and lead research and development initiatives. Responsibilities also include coordinating projects, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in operations to meet customer requirements and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering.

- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve technical solutions

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is highly desirable
