Allicio Nutrition is looking for an ambitious Private Label & Retail Development Manager to build our presence in the UK retailer own-label market.
This is a true business-building role. You’ll identify major grocery, health & beauty and discount retailers, build relationships with their buying teams, develop products tailored to their own-brand strategies and turn opportunities into signed manufacturing contracts and new revenue.
You’ll own the journey from:
Working closely with our NPD, Technical, Procurement and Operations teams, you’ll bring commercially viable ideas to life and build a pipeline of significant new private-label opportunities.
You’ll bring:
- Proven private-label/own-brand sales experience into UK retail.
- Strong retailer buying and category relationships.
- Experience with tenders, RFPs and commercial negotiations.
- A genuine hunter mentality — you enjoy opening doors and winning new business.
- The commercial confidence to challenge, negotiate and close.
