Department Description In August 2024, Allica Bank entered the bridging finance market with the acquisition of Tuscan Capital where its highly experienced team has been retained to help build a specialist division with the ambition to become a market leader in the bridging finance sector, leveraging our proven success in commercial mortgages and asset finance. To support this growth, we are expanding our team into the regional areas to meet the increasing demands of the intermediary market. Principal Accountabilities Building and relationship managing a portfolio of bridging finance Introducers in the Midlands, with responsibility for day-to-day management of the relationships. Originating, structuring, and progressing bridging applications from Introducers and Borrowers, from initial enquiry through to completion. Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Writing credit papers credit papers in line with Allica’s credit policy and appetite as well as working closely and collaboratively with various stakeholder teams to ensure smooth loan execution. Promoting the Banks culture and values. Being a positive contributor to Allica’s culture, and always promoting our values of Straightforward, Integrity, Collaborative and Delivery. Complying with all mandatory policies, and adherence to operational procedures to maintain internal controls. Delivering territory Business Plan and making an active contribution to targeted team lending volumes. Establishing and actively managing objectives and a personal development plan.
