About Allica Bank
Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company – and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.
Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities – representing over a third of our economy – yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.
Role Description
As a Product Designer in our Spend Management squad, you’ll help create tools that go beyond the basics of banking — empowering businesses to control spending, set limits, track transactions in real-time, and eliminate admin.
You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to improve existing journeys and design new features from the ground up. You’ll use insights from users, data, and teammates to solve problems and contribute to delivering great outcomes. This is a great opportunity to deepen your craft, grow your influence in a cross-functional team, and help shape the future of small business banking.
We’re creating a culture of ownership and openness—we encourage people across the business to share knowledge and experiences to learn from one another and grow. You are an advocate of design and systems thinking; your expertise positions you perfectly as a mentor to other designers and to collaborate with team members across the business to explore and solve challenges together.
