Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech. Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.

Role Description

Finding effective ways of generating new business is critical to our continued growth. One way is through partnerships with third-parties who refer their SME clients to Allica on an ongoing basis based on mutual trust. Our Partnerships Team work with trusted advisors to established SMEs, in particular their Accountants.

The role involves regional travel, in-person meetings and you’ll be supported by our Marketing team in running events.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Grow Allica’s presence across each firm, including multiple stakeholders, colleagues and offices, through regular regional travel and in-person meetings.

  • Deliver and continuously improve our Accountants Playbook, ensuring firms are positively onboarded and become active, repeat introducers.
  • Run regional activities - lunch and learns, roundtables and various other events.
  • Equip firms with an effective Partnerships Pack, marketing materials and joint initiatives to support client identification and introduction.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio records in the CRM, tracking and reporting on progress to support quality and informed decision-making.
  • Manage personal objectives and development plan.
  • Collaborate closely across various teams at Allica to ensure a seamless, professional experience for partners and customers.
  • Comply with all mandatory policies and operational procedures to maintain internal controls.
