Responsibilities
- Contribute to new business volume and income targets for Growth Finance
- Ensure all risks and mitigants are identified and clearly presented in opportunities
- Develop and maintain an introducer base including corporate finance and debt advisory professionals
- Collaborate with Growth Finance and broader bank teams for cohesive regional execution
- Work with various areas of Allica to deliver a seamless service and guide product/software development focus
- Act as a product advocate within the bank to support regional growth
- Maintain compliance with mandatory policies and uphold strong internal controls

- Deep understanding of working capital financing for SMEs
- Knowledge of facility structuring and documentation
- Established introducer network in Debt Advisory/Corporate Finance
- Ability to interpret financial statements and model funding impacts
- Experience assessing collateral (receivables, inventory, real estate, other fixed assets) and related risks
- Understanding of Asset Based Lending and receivables risk considerations
