Allica Bank is seeking a Lending Servicing Officer to deliver outstanding in-life servicing for our Commercial Lending customers. You will manage a wide range of servicing activities across the customer lifecycle, resolve queries and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high service standards.
Working closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Operations and Customer Support, you will own requests, drive process improvements, adopt AI-enabled tools, and contribute to operational excellence.
