In this role you will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance tariff monitoring processes and dashboards
- Monitor pricing and tariff performance, including profitability, volumes, and sales
- Prepare analytical and management reports using data from multiple sources
- Perform data preparation, including cleaning, structuring, and processing datasets
- Analyze historical insurance data to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers
- Contribute to tariff remediation and pricing optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with Pricing, Underwriting, and Product teams across international offices
What you bring:
- Strong analytical skills and insurance pricing experience: 5+ years of professional experience in insurance data analysis, pricing, or performance monitoring
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL (or equivalent database technologies)
- Experience using insurance performance monitoring tools
- Proven expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, especially Power BI
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong overall MS Office proficiency
- Experience in insurance pricing tools (e.g. Radar) is a strong advantage
- Experience working with aggregator channels is a plus
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment
- You work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
