This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and deliver our Systems Thinking approach across Allianz to support the implementation of the different business areas' strategic goal. As Systems Thinking Lead Consultant you will work with C-Suite executives and Senior Leaders throughout the business and their teams, to create and deliver more effective services and transformation in performance, in both people and customer outcomes. Needing to maintain a strong risk and control environment, through a shift in Leadership thinking aligned to Systems Thinking. In this role you will be Home-Based in the UK but required to travel to Allianz Offices in Germany.
About You
- You will establish a strategy and approach for implementing Systems Thinking within Allianz Germany and support the business to embed this.
- Take a lead on the delivery of interventions across our business that are designed to deliver a step change to customer experience, deliver significant benefits as well as the improvement and effectiveness of core operational processes and activities.
- Ensure there is sustainability of what we do at all levels and ensure that appropriate management practices and measures are developed to support this.
- Support, coach and mentor the method and under Systems Thinking methodologies to fellow Change Agents, leaders, managers and anybody else that can support the success of delivering sustainable change.
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience of applying Systems Thinking methodology (Vanguard method) in the General Insurance market or other Financial Services and building this capability in others.
- Proven ability to build strategy, create commercial business cases and drive delivery based on the customer needs.
- Ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organisation including up to executives and 3rd parties.
- Understanding of the impact of internal and external system conditions.
- Knowledge of business process re-engineering approaches as well as other change methodologies (such as Org Design, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma).
- Exposure to automated and offshored processes.
