We have an exciting opportunity for an eTMO / PMO Senior Analyst to join our Transformation team. The delivery of this role is key to the success of the overall enterprise portfolio, requiring close management and ongoing rigor to ensure clear standards are set and achieved, deliveries remain on track, and as a result there is credibility and confidence in the overall UK Transformation Programme.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to change portfolios, providing clarity on overall plan status, undertaking health checks and quality controls, managing resource demand, and tracking and reporting on risks, issues, dependencies, costs and benefits at all levels of detail to various stakeholder groups. The role needs to drive adherence with tools, processes, templates and guardrails to support change delivery, consistent ways of working, and effective change controls.
About You
- You will be supporting the ongoing development and adoption of the Change Delivery Framework and associated tools, including Planview.
- Produce high-quality reporting and actionable insights for stakeholders and governance forums (e.g. Steering Committees, Portfolio Reviews, Investment Committees, and Executive leadership).
- Provide planning support, ensuring clear scope definition, milestone tracking, and delivery control.
- Identify, manage and track dependencies across projects and programmes to ensure alignment and minimise risk.
- Support robust risk and issue management practices, ensuring adherence to key controls and governance standards.
- Assist with cost and benefit tracking, partnering with Finance to monitor performance, highlight variances and support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to effective demand management, ensuring initiatives align with strategic priorities and capacity planning.
- Promote and maintain proportionate governance to enable successful delivery of portfolio initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across Change teams, encouraging engagement and continuous improvement.
- Champion the consistent use of PPM tools and processes, ensuring high-quality data and standardised ways of working.
Essential Skills
- Experienced in using Jira, Confluence, Planview and other PPM tools, alongside SharePoint and Microsoft BI to support effective delivery and reporting.
- Solid understanding of core project management disciplines, including planning, scheduling, estimation, governance, tracking, resource coordination, and risk/issue management.
- Skilled in change management, with the ability to communicate clearly and engage a wide range of stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with the flexibility to apply the most appropriate approach.
- Confident user of project and office tools including MS Office Suite, MS Project and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of an organisation.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships.

- Demonstrable experience within Change Delivery, Project / Programme Offices or other.
- Experience in working in high pressure environments on time bound activities.
- Reporting of portfolio performance using established metrics.
