Allianz Partners is a global leader in insurance and assistance services, operating across Europe and worldwide. The Pricing Department plays a critical role in designing, monitoring, and optimizing tariffs for travel insurance products.

As a Senior Pricing Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Pricing performance monitoring, tariff optimisation, and analytical reporting for travel insurance products.
  • Using data‑driven insights to support business decisions and pricing remediation initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing tariff monitoring processes and dashboards.
  • Monitoring pricing and tariff performance, including profitability, volumes and sales.
  • Preparing analytical and management reports using data from multiple sources.
  • Performing data preparation, including cleaning, structuring and processing datasets.
  • Analysing historical insurance data to identify trends, patterns and performance drivers.
  • Contributing to tariff remediation and pricing optimisation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Pricing, Underwriting and Product teams across international offices.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and insurance pricing experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in insurance data analysis, pricing or performance monitoring.
  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with MS SQL (or equivalent database technologies).
  • Experience using insurance performance monitoring tools.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, especially Power BI.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong overall MS Office proficiency.
  • Experience working with insurance pricing tools such as Radar is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with aggregator channels is a plus.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in an international and cross‑functional environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment shaped by AI, machine learning, data, analytics and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly with data governance, security and ethical use standards.
