Role Description
Join our Marketing team as a Marketing Reporting & Analytics Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how marketing performance is measured, understood and optimised.
You will be the subject matter expert for reporting, analytics and insight generation, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through robust data analysis, advanced reporting solutions and innovative use of technology, including AI.
Location
This role is be based in our London or Bournemouth office, please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation to attend the office 2 days per month.

About You
- Own the design, development and continuous improvement of marketing reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI and Adobe.
- Act as the marketing subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics, delivering meaningful digital and customer insights.
- Build and maintain reporting assets, ensuring consistent KPI definitions, calculations and visual standards.
- Within Databricks use advanced SQL to extract, transform and analyse large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop reusable data models and reporting structures that improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis across campaign performance, customer behaviour, performance, attribution and ROI.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and business leaders.
- Support evidence-based decision making by identifying trends, opportunities and performance drivers.
- Develop and refine measurement frameworks, attribution methodologies and KPI hierarchies.
- Work closely with Data teams, IT, Digital Distribution team, Trading and Finance teams to maximise business performance and ROI’s.
- Champion experimentation, testing and continuous optimisation through data-driven insights.
- Explore emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead stakeholder discussions to gather reporting requirements and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
- Promote data literacy and best practice across the wider marketing function.
Essential Skills
- Proven expertise in Adobe suit including Analytics, Launch, Edge and AEP.
- Strong hands-on experience using SQL for complex querying, data transformation and analysis.
- Dashboard development and digital performance measurement.
- Significant experience designing and building advanced Power BI solutions, including data modelling and DAX.
- Experience working within marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence or related analytical environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, attribution and customer journey analytics.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex information and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports and automated analytical solutions.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality, governance and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and scenario modelling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills
- Experience with additional analytics, tag management or digital measurement tools such as Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Tealium or GTM.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience using Python, R or similar tools for advanced analytics and marketing use cases.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake or Big Query.
- Familiarity with CRM, CDP, marketing automation and paid media platforms.
- Experience developing predictive analytics, propensity models or automated insight solutions.
- Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage.
