The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

As Allianz Commercial continues to expand its Client Relationship Management (CRM) capability, you will deliver targeted marketing activity that builds awareness, strengthens engagement with large clients and brokers, and supports business development. Working closely with the CRM team and stakeholders across the UK business, you will use the full marketing mix to raise Allianz's profile within key industry sectors and support commercial objectives.

Location: This role is based in our Guildford office. Please note that this is a hybrid working role, with an expectation to attend the office at least two days per week. Some travel to London will be required on an ad hoc basis.

Salary Information: Pay: Circa £55,000 per year. This is based on your experience, skills and location and is part of our total rewards package.

About You

You use client, broker and competitor/market insight to inform marketing decisions, identify opportunities and shape effective engagement activity. You develop and deliver marketing plans aligned to strategic objectives across digital and traditional channels that engage target audiences. You act as an audience champion, developing targeted marketing activity and communicating value propositions that resonate with key segments. You define success measures, monitor performance and use data-driven insight to continuously improve results. You influence stakeholders across the business, providing expert marketing guidance and consultation. You collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact marketing outcomes. You ensure all marketing and communications are accurate, compliant, on-brand and delivered within budget.

Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communications principles and their application across business-to-business audiences.
  • Experience creating, delivering and measuring targeted marketing activity, content and communications that engage audiences and communicate value effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent in Marketing, PR, Business or related discipline.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Experience supporting business development, client engagement or relationship-focused initiatives through marketing activity.
  • Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage.
