What you will do

Allianz Partners has high ambition to develop Specialty Lines worldwide. As part of Global Operations, in Specialty Lines we are responsible for 3 sub‑lines of business: Easy Living, MDDR and Automotive Warranty. This role aims at providing timely operational support to our platform teams by enabling optimal quality‑management mechanisms, monitoring strategic KPIs such as VOC, customer satisfaction, complaints and other OPS metrics. Guaranteeing robust procedures to comply with standards and regulatory needs, enabling capabilities to deliver excellence, such as learning however for onboarding and training purposes there will be a requirement to be in the office on joining.
