Allianz Partners UK seeks a Transformation Lead to steer a regional portfolio of around 25 initiatives drawn from the Elevate program and the digital roadmap, plus local projects, transforming RSA operations across the UK, ES, and Benelux.
You will lead a team of 3-4 project managers, set priorities, remove blockers, and coordinate with Elevate, regional operations heads, CTO, and external tech providers to deliver 1-2 major AI- and technology-driven initiatives with significant impact.
