You’ll lead Allianz’s workplace experience strategy across our UK property portfolio, delivering engaging, customer-focused environments that support our “Future Fit Property” vision. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our colleagues experience our workplaces.

Location: This role is based primarily in our Guildford office, with travel to other offices expected. Please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation to attend the office a minimum of 2 days a week.

Salary Information: Pay: Circa £60k per year. This reflects your experience, skills and location and is part of our total rewards package.

About You:

  • Develop and implement the Property Experience strategy aligned to our Simpler, Smarter, Stronger framework
  • Establish and drive consistent workplace standards across the UK portfolio
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Property Operations, translating feedback into meaningful improvements
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders across the organisation
  • Lead workplace experience across strategic hub offices, ensuring a consistent and high-quality colleague experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workplace effectiveness and support local leadership teams
  • Collaborate with the other Customer Experience Manager to prioritise and deliver workplace initiatives
  • Lead workplace communications, engagement and change programmes
  • Promote wellbeing, sustainability and inclusive workplace culture initiatives
  • Drive adoption of workplace services and technology
  • Monitor service and supplier performance, ensuring alignment with customer expectations
  • Challenge underperformance and drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a customer-centric and high-performing team culture

Essential Skills:

  • Significant experience in workplace experience, corporate real estate, facilities management or business partnering environments
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior-level engagement
  • Experience working within a multi-site corporate environment
  • Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to translate customer insight into practical workplace solutions

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience within a corporate occupier environment, ideally in financial services or other professional services environments
  • Workplace strategy experience
  • Customer experience or service design background
  • Change management experience
  • Experience managing outsourced service providers
  • Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage
