As a Product Expert you will be an active part of a multicultural and high-performing team that drives the Line of Business "Easy Living, Mobile Devices and Digital Risks (MDDR)". Reporting to the Head of Product for Easy Living and MDDR, and working closely with the other Product Experts, you will support the development and global implementation of our Insurance and Service Products in an international context (35 Business Units globally).
Leading the worldwide product harmonization and the simplification of all markets' portfolios and new business according to the global product strategy. Drafting Master Terms & Conditions for Global Products: product description, conditions, definitions. Steering the localization of Terms & Conditions of harmonised Master Global Product in local languages supported by Global Legal department. Analysing new business opportunities and product deviations submitted, making recommendations and taking decisions fitting with the Lob strategy. Leading the adaptation of standard product Terms & Conditions for complex multi-country deals. Developing and maintaining all necessary databases and reports to track and store product activities and deviations. Working closely with Underwriting and Product Innovation teams for new innovative risk, product or services and updating the Master Global Product roadmap. Preparing all materials and presentations for trainings and steering committees.
What you bring:
- University degree in finance, business, economics, law or a related field.
- 3+ years experience, preferably in Product development, creation of Policy Wordings, Underwriting or Contract Management.
- Willingness to work in an international environment on a daily basis.
- Very structured and precise way of working.
- Strong and precise communication skills and ability to work with legal experts.
- Creativity, resourcefulness and openness to challenges.
- Very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Power Point, Excel).
