  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in maintaining structure and order in complex projects or initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Experience in preparing and delivering professional presentations, reports, and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Professional Maturity and Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Confidence and poise when interacting with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Attention to Detail and Follow-Through: High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work. Strong follow-through skills to track actions, decisions, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and completion.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and present complex information clearly and concisely. Experience in conducting research, data analysis, and problem-solving to support decision-making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to liaise with teams across various departments and levels of the organization. Experience in fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to achieve shared objectives.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. A self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic environment.
  • Risk Transformation and Governance: Experience or familiarity with risk management, governance, or transformation initiatives is highly desirable. Ability to contribute to structured transformation programs and support governance processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Critical and creative thinking to solve problems, particularly in ambiguous or high-pressure situations. Experience in identifying risks and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Time Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
  • Educational Background and Certifications: Undertaking a course in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus but not mandatory.
