What you do

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role reports to the Global HRD – Operation.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing senior stakeholders and developing comprehensive project plans for HR initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR projects.
    • Facilitate regular meetings and communications with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
    • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets for HR initiatives, utilizing data analytics and AI tools to enhance project insights and drive informed decision-making.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR projects and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and refine project management methodologies and tools.

What you bring

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
