About You

  • Partner with data science teams, translating Claims objectives into clear problem statements, success metrics, and operational constraints.
  • Ensure models are production ready, aligned to Claims processes, decision frameworks, and technology environments.
  • Oversee ongoing model performance, monitoring drift, bias, data quality issues, and operational misuse.
  • Embed model outputs into decisioning, ensuring recommendations and thresholds are well understood and appropriately used by Claims teams.
  • Champion data literacy and adoption, helping colleagues understand the importance of data science and analytics in Claims.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.

Desirable:

  • Degree in data, mathematics, or a related field.
