Allianz Pet is now entering the next stage of development and is looking to achieve major growth across its portfolio of brands, including market leader Petplan. Identified for ‘unconstrained growth’, the business is increasing pet insurance distribution across all trading models including Partnerships.

The Partnerships Marketing Exec will support the delivery of B2B and B2B2C activity across breeder, charity and microchip channels. This role plays a key part in driving engagement, lead generation and brand advocacy through partner marketing, digital channels, promotional campaigns and operational excellence.

The role requires an experienced, detail-focused marketer who can confidently co-ordinate end-to-end delivery of campaigns, partner communications and digital optimisation, while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The role is a full-time, permanent position and will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Datchet.

Salary Information

Circa £35,000. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You

  • Partnerships Marketing Delivery
    • Support marketing activity across breeder, charity and chip partnerships, ensuring consistency with Petplan brand and commercial objectives.
    • Deliver partner marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition.
  • Digital & Optimisation
    • Maintain and optimise partnership web pages, content hubs and landing pages.
    • Use ContentSquare and other insight tools to analyse customer behaviour and improve engagement.
    • Produce regular performance reporting, highlighting insights and recommendations.
    • Support and execute advertising activity to amplify partnership campaigns where appropriate.
  • Social Media & Content
    • Plan and deliver social media activity supporting partnership campaigns, partners and key moments.
    • Create engaging copy and content aligned to Petplan tone of voice and partner needs.
    • Support the creation of training content and toolkits for partners and internal teams.
  • Email & CRM
    • Build and deploy email and newsletter campaigns for partners.
    • Support segmentation, testing and optimisation to improve open rates, engagement and conversion.
    • Ensure campaign communications align to regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Events & Partner Support
    • Assist with partner events, including logistics and materials.
    • Support on-the-day delivery and post-event follow-up activity.
  • Operational & Commercial Support
    • Manage invoicing and purchase orders for partnerships marketing activity.
    • Oversee stock management for partner packs, collateral, merchandise and promotional materials.
    • Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience across digital, social and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using optimisation and insight tools (e.g. ContentSquare).
  • Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading and communication skills.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborative, comfortable working cross-functionally and with external agencies or partners.
  • Interest in pets, animal welfare or the veterinary sector.

Desirable Skills

  • Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage.
  • Experience working in the Insurance industry would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Marketo.
