In this role you drive the transformation of global segment strategy into tangible commercial impact across Europe.

You translate global priorities into concrete market actions, partnering with local Sales and Business Development teams to accelerate execution and value capture.

You bring segment expertise to Sales, shaping new revenue through collaborations with Business Developers and Account Managers, and leading pitches and partner negotiations.

You serve as the bridge between Sales and Lines of Business to ensure strategic alignment, scale best practices, and guide data-driven performance insights to mitigate risk and drive profitable partner growth.

Responsibilities

  • Translate global segment priorities into actionable market plans across Europe in collaboration with local Sales and BD teams
  • Provide segment expertise to Sales to strengthen capabilities and value proposition
  • Identify and shape new revenue opportunities with Business Developers and Account Managers; co-lead pitches and negotiate with partners
  • Bridge Sales and Lines of Business to ensure alignment, governance and measurable success metrics
  • Scale best practices, harmonize processes, and use data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies
  • Lead pitches and participate in partner negotiations to drive growth across markets
  • Foster strong relationships with markets and partners and mitigate risks through proactive adjustments
  • Key requirements
  • Senior commercial professional with 10+ years in business development, partner management, or international commercial roles with track record of growth across multiple markets
  • Led cross-functional, cross-country initiatives and contributed to regional/global strategic planning
  • Deep knowledge of insurance, affinity models, regulation and market dynamics; strong command of strategy, segmentation and commercial value drivers
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, storytelling and data-led decision making
  • Strong analytical skills, project leadership in multi-country environments; AI readiness is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
