Overview
In this regional role you shape the Roadside Assistance strategy for Northern Europe, blending market insight with product innovation to drive growth. You collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT and other teams to translate opportunities into market-ready solutions and maintain strong governance throughout the product lifecycle. You influence global programmes with local needs, build compelling business cases, and lead cross-functional delivery. This role offers the chance to impact a key growth area in a dynamic mobility market.
Responsibilities
- Shape regional Roadside Assistance strategy by analysing market trends, competition, and customer needs across Northern Europe
- Identify growth opportunities and new propositions to strengthen market position
- Represent regional requirements within global product and innovation programmes
- Lead implementation and enhancement of products, coordinating cross-functional teams
- Build robust business cases balancing customer value, commercial potential and feasibility
- Act as product expert to Sales for strategic bids, tenders, and client opportunities
- Drive adoption of new products through stakeholder engagement and training
- Monitor performance, outcomes and utilization to improve customer experience and competitiveness
- Coordinate Product Management & Innovation activities regionally, aligning local and global teams
- Provide leadership on product governance and regulatory compliance across key markets
Key requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline
- Significant experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations or Underwriting within insurance, assistance, mobility or financial services
- Strong understanding of insurance and assistance products, market dynamics and customer needs
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in complex environments
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
- Genuine interest in innovation, digital transformation and mobility trends
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- Proven project leadership and delivery experience
- Highly organized, proactive and autonomous
- Customer-focused, commercially minded and results-oriented
- Fluent English; Dutch and/or French are an advantage
