Requirements:
- Must have 3 months experience working in a customer‑facing role.
- Over 18s only (due to service of alcohol).
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- The ability to remain calm during high‑volume periods.
- Confidence when interacting with people.

Uniform Requirements:
- No gel nails, BIAB, gel extension or acrylic nails of any kind are permitted.
- No false eyelashes or lash extensions.
- Required footwear – smart all plain black closed‑toe shoes; trainers are allowed as long as they are plain black. Uggs and Crocs are NOT permitted.
- White collared smart long‑sleeve shirt is required.
- Smart black suit‑like trousers; NO jeans, tracksuit bottoms or leggings.
- All jewellery and facial/ear piercings must be removed.
