The Role: As a Global Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of multinational programs and the issuance of policies across various markets. This role requires a strong understanding of MNC (Multinational Corporation) program structures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
Main Tasks:
- Manage and execute Program Implementation and Policy Issuance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of program implementation, including coordination with local teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure policies are issued in line with MNC program requirements and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to program implementation or policy issuance.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of MNC IT systems (PraxisPF) to manage processes efficiently.
- Apply standard clause libraries and ensure appropriate clause application for policies.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
What we are looking for:
- Good knowledge of MNC Program and policy structure: A solid understanding of multinational insurance programs and their components.
- Proactive and strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of MNC IT systems (PraxisPF): Hands-on experience with program implementation, policy issuance, and MTA (Mid-Term Adjustment) processes at both program and local country levels.
- Advanced knowledge of standard clause library and clause application: Expertise in applying standard clauses to policies.
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English: Strong communication skills to interact effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ownership and problem-solving mindset: A commitment to addressing and resolving issues, even those outside direct responsibility.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently via email, phone, and other mediums, and to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
