Launch your finance career with Allianz as an Instalments Controller in our dynamic Bristol team on a 6-to-12-month Fixed Term Contract. We're seeking an enthusiastic candidate ready to dive into the world of finance. Salary Information
This role offers a salary of Circa £30,000 per annum. Pay is based on relevant skills for the role and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
Location: Bristol. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with the expectation of you being in office Wednesday and Thursday each week. During the initial training for the role, you will be required to be in office more.
About the Role
- Undertakes instalment control activities, in accordance with the defined processes, to ensure prompt premium payment and to achieve agreed KPIs.
- Ensure instalment process and operational activities are adhered to within regulatory requirements.
- Handle internal and external customer queries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Build effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Support effective and efficient collaboration between offshore and onshore teams.
- Ensure policy and procedures, workflow for assigned areas of responsibility, as well as archived records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements are maintained.
- Accurately complete and maintain manual reports using Excel.
- Provide Ad-hoc information that is required by the business in an ever-changing environment.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with Team & Team Leader to raise issues/concerns promptly with systems or processes and provide creative solutions to overcome challenges and minimize downtime.
