Allianz UK is seeking a Senior Operational Resilience Officer to join the Operational Resilience Team in Guildford.
This hybrid role requires you to lead resilience by design across business change initiatives, embedding resilience from the outset to protect the organisation and enable innovation.
You will collaborate with Change, Risk and IT teams, assess changes for resilience impact, develop and test recovery plans, and drive resilience across suppliers and processes.
