We have a new opportunity within Protection and Resilience as a Senior Resilience Associate. Reporting to the Head of Business Continuity you will be responsible for refining and implementing a Resilience framework and related policies, with day‑to‑day oversight of the execution of the Resilience framework across Allianz UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the Business Continuity Management lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of BCM activities across the organisation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Operational Resilience framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and integration with wider business continuity and risk‑management activities.
  • Design, plan and facilitate scenario‑based resilience exercises, ensuring severe‑but‑plausible scenarios that effectively test the organisation’s response capabilities and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain the organisation’s site‑specific Emergency Response Plans, ensuring they remain current and actionable; facilitate Emergency Response Team calls when required.
  • Lead and coordinate annual BCM maturity self‑assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting awareness of resilience obligations, embedding good practice, and supporting capability uplift across the organisation.

Qualifications – Essential Skills:

  • Self‑motivated and achievement‑oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and develop through self‑driven personal development.
  • BCCI Certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence to communicate and influence at all levels.
