The predicted salary is between 55000 - 55000 £ per year.
You will play a key role within the Broker Distribution Management (BDM) team, driving insight, governance and performance across Allianz Commercial’s broker network. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape distribution strategy, influence senior stakeholders and develop your expertise in data-led decision making.
Location is flexible for the role, with occasional travel to London. Please note that this is a hybrid working role, with the expectation to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
Salary Information
Circa £55,000 per year. This is based on experience, skills and location and forms part of our total rewards package.
About You
- Deliver actionable distribution insight, analysing broker behaviour and segment performance to drive business decisions
- Interpret complex data sets and research to produce meaningful analysis for Allianz Commercial stakeholders
- Support and drive distribution change initiatives through project and workstream management
- Contribute to the evolution of broker segmentation, Salesforce CRM innovation, remuneration models and distribution frameworks
- Produce and enhance monthly broker MI, investigating performance trends and anomalies
- Develop and improve reporting through modern data visualisation tools
- Support internal learning and development MI and coordinate distribution events including BDM Conference and broker engagements
- Manage broker event planning, ensuring professional delivery and strong stakeholder engagement
- Maintain accurate broker remuneration records, ensuring timely accruals, calculations and payments
- Support development of broker remuneration strategies to remain competitive within the market
- Monitor industry and regulatory developments, providing recommendations to enhance distribution capabilities
- Ensure adherence to governance processes, compliance standards and Allianz policies including Code of Conduct and Gifts & Entertainment
Essential Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience analysing and interpreting data to generate insight and inform decision making
- Understanding of the UK commercial insurance market and distribution practices
- Awareness of business regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse audiences
- Experience supporting or delivering project workstreams and driving change initiatives
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, particularly in event planning and coordination
- Understanding of broker and customer propositions within an insurance environment
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau or other data visualisation tools
- Knowledge of broker remuneration models and commercial insurance distribution frameworks
- Experience supporting learning and development programmes or internal events
- Awareness of Allianz Commercial Distribution Framework and Operating Model (DOM)
- Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage
