- Drive the transformation of global segment strategy into real commercial impact across Europe.

- Senior commercial professional with 10+ years of experience in business development, partner management or international commercial roles, with a strong track record driving growth across multiple markets.
- Led cross-functional, cross-country initiatives and contributed to regional or global strategic planning.
- Deep knowledge of insurance, affinity models, regulation and market dynamics, along with strong command of strategy, segmentation and commercial value drivers.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, storytelling and data led decision making.
- Strong analytical skills, project leadership in multi-country environments and AI readiness are essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
