Responsibilities
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Roadside Assistance team. Reporting to the Head of Sales - Roadside Assistance, you will be responsible for managing and developing key partner relationships, ensuring we deliver on our commercial, strategic and customer commitments. This role plays a central part in driving growth, strengthening partnerships and ensuring that Allianz Partners continues to deliver a high-quality, compliant and competitive service within the Roadside Assistance market. You will oversee all aspects of your partner portfolio, from day-to-day relationship management to long-term strategic planning, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners to drive performance and growth
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making
- Coach partners on Allianz Partners' products, services and value proposition
- Commercial Delivery
- Deliver budgeted revenue and organic growth by identifying new opportunities
- Review processes and products to enhance the partnership and service proposition
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, renewals and contacts in Salesforce
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure alignment with group strategy, risk frameworks and internal standards
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and contractual requirements
- Provide clear upward and downward communication to stakeholders and governance forums
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reporting & Insight
- Produce and review key reports, including:
- Monthly account development updates
- Budgets
- Strategic account plans
Internal Collaboration
You will coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner requirements, including:
- Operations
- Finance
- Underwriting
- Product, Marketing & Innovations
- Legal & Compliance
- HR
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relationship management experience.
- Automotive industry experience (5+ years) desirable
- Strong B2B relationship management background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Diplomatic with strong relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferably clean)
