As part of our UK strategy and purpose, we are recruiting a Claims Data Quality Lead to join the Claims Insight & Performance team. This is an opportunity to lead how data quality is improved, owned and sustained across Claims—ensuring it directly supports performance, customer outcomes and risk management. This is a pivotal role at the heart of Allianz UK Claims — leading how we improve, govern and embed data quality across the function.
You will own the coordination of the end-to-end data quality improvement agenda, ensuring the data underpinning our operations, reporting and decision-making is trusted, well-controlled and fit for purpose. Sitting within Claims Insight & Performance and reporting to the Head of Data Improvement and Culture, you will work across the Claims data ecosystem — partnering closely with Operational Data Improvement Managers (ODIMs), Data Stewards and the Central Data Office — to turn data quality from a reactive activity into a sustained operational capability. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how data quality is managed at scale and to deliver measurable improvements in performance, customer outcomes and risk management.
Location: This role is based in one of our offices in Bournemouth, Birmingham, Guilford or Milton Keynes. Please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
