You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and IT to contribute to the delivery of a varied portfolio of work, whilst building effective relationships across all levels In line with our Global strategy and purpose, we have an exciting opportunities to join the UK Transformation Programme as a Business Analyst on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract helping to shape and implement the target operating model for our Commercial business. Salary Information Pay: Circa £46,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. Key Accountabilities Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within the Business Analysis Framework Work with stakeholders at all levels within the organization to elicit, define and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end to end traceability. Ensure requirements are fully understood and approved by stakeholders, supporting Change Control and prioritisation. Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders. Learn from experiences and understand how benefits have been delivered by participating in retrospectives, lessons learned and knowledge share sessions Essential Skills You\’ll be passionate about the BA role and will have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience as a Business Analyst in the General Insurance Claims domain Able to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniques Solid experience in Agile and creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira Good understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams and Personas Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities A Level education or equivalent Desirable Skills BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent Experience in Commercial General Insurance Experience and knowledge of Guidewire Claim Center Experience in defining requirements for internal and external system integrations What We Will Offer You Recognised and rewarded for a job well done, we have a range of flexible benefits for you to choose from- so you can pick a package that’s perfect for you.
